Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Dubai, UAE.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose:

  • Domestic Orders – Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days.
  • International Orders – Usually 5–12 business days, depending on customs clearance.

👉 Depending on your needs, you can choose standard delivery at checkout for regular shipping times, or upgrade to express/priority shipping if you need your gift sooner. Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri).

Do you offer same-day or express shipping?

Yes! Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri). In most cases (95% of the time), we can still ship the same day, even if you order after 12 PM — just reach out to us at 055-912-1730 to confirm availability. You can also select express shipping at checkout if you need your gift delivered sooner.

Yes. Every Evaré rose is handcrafted and dipped in genuine 24K gold. Each piece goes through a detailed multi-step preservation process to ensure lasting brilliance and durability.

Are the roses real?

Yes. Every Evaré rose begins as a real natural rose, carefully preserved and electroplated to maintain its natural beauty forever.

How should I care for my rose?

Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, or water exposure. A soft, dry cloth can be used to gently wipe the petals or stem when needed. These are sold on our page as well!

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of wear. Personalized items are non-refundable.

How do I request a return or replacement?

Please call or email our support team at support@evareofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?

In the rare event of damage during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?

Orders can be modified or canceled before the item has been processed. Once your item is prepared for dispatch, we’re unable to make changes.

How do I know my order was successful?

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a tracking link once your order is shipped.
